One-page summary
From the chapter

When You Are Not All Right

For parents whose own mental health is part of what’s going on at home.

The summary

Each chapter has a one-page summary of what helps, to print or keep. It comes with the chapter: when that is the chapter you read free, when a teacher or therapist sends you the chapter, and with a subscription. School staff and therapists signed in to their shelf can print any of them.

The first chapter you open here is free to read in full, with its summary: read When You Are Not All Right.

Free to anyone

  • A page on every subject. What to do first, what helps and who else can help, to read or to print.
  • Sheets to print. Eleven are free, including the notes for a meeting with school or the GP.
