How it helps
What children worry about across Year 7 is often different from what their parents expect. The pack puts that in front of parents before the move, with four things that help in the first half-term and the first sentences to use, written by the counsellors of Kensington Square Therapy.
How to use it
- Print one copy for each family, or show pages two to four on the screen at a parents’ evening.
- Add your own details before you share it: the names of your staff, and of your designated safeguarding lead.
- Send it home before the move, or hand it out on the evening. Every page can be read without joining anything.
How to print it
Print it at home on A4, at actual size (100%) in the print settings. Print each page on one side of the paper. It reads as well in black and white as in colour.
