A masthead

The people, rhythm and printer’s mark.

A short publisher’s page. Who edits The Parent Book, how often it changes, what it promises, and the address from which it is sent.

Editorial structure

Roles, not by-lines.

Each volume of The Parent Book is the work of a small editorial team at Kensington Square Therapy. We list the publication’s roles below by function. Individual clinicians are not named here, in line with the safeguarding and confidentiality practice of our parent organisation.

Editorial direction
The clinical leadership at Kensington Square Therapy
Sets the editorial line of each volume and approves what goes to press.
Volume editor
A senior clinical psychotherapist
Commissions, edits and sequences each half-term’s articles, films and podcasts.
Pastoral review
Your school’s pastoral team
Reads and signs off each new volume for tone, age and community fit before parents see it.
Therapy contributors
Registered clinicians at Kensington Square Therapy
Write the articles. Every contributor holds a current registration with a recognised professional body.
Partnerships
Direct, by the partnerships team
Every enquiry from a school is read and answered personally; we keep the partner roster small.
Production & technology
Built and hosted privately
No third-party analytics, advertising or tracking. The publication runs on Cloudflare from London.
The rhythm

What changes, and how often.

VI

Updated through the year.

A new edition lands at the start of every half-term, replacing the previous one. There is no archive: the library is what is current.

III

Three formats, per volume.

Around thirty articles, a dozen films and a small podcast shelf. Curated each half-term against what the school community is navigating.

I

One school, at a time.

Each partner school gets its own edition at its own subdomain. Configured to the school’s ages, year structure and pastoral roles.
